Returns/Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Because all Shanked Right products are custom-made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items.

30-Day Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. You have 30 days from receiving your order to report any issues. We accept returns only for:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items (you received something different than what you ordered)

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@shankedright.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We'll review your claim and provide instructions for resolution.

Return Process

If your return is approved:

  1. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions
  2. Ship the item to: 26871 Salazar Dr, Mission Viejo, CA 92691
  3. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging

Important: Do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

EU Customers - 14 Day Right of Withdrawal

If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. The item must be returned unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Please contact us to initiate this process.
