Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

ShankedRight currently ships to the following countries:

  • United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii)
  • United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)

We do not currently ship to any other international destinations, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories outside the 50 states.

Orders placed within the United States are fulfilled from our U.S. production facilities. Orders placed within the United Kingdom are fulfilled from our U.K. production facilities. All orders ship domestically within their destination country.

Shipping Rates

United States

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 USD for orders of 1–2 items
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders of 3 or more items

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: £4.53 GBP for orders of 1–2 items
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders of 3 or more items

All shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. The rate shown at checkout is the final shipping cost — no additional fees will be added after purchase.

Processing Time

All ShankedRight products are made-to-order (print-on-demand). This means each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in the destination country)

Processing begins the next business day after an order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 1–5 business days via standard shipping
  • United Kingdom: 1–5 business days via standard shipping

Total estimated time from order to delivery:

  • United States: 3–7 business days (1–2 days processing + 1–5 days delivery)
  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days (1–2 days processing + 1–5 days delivery)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving this email for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. ShankedRight is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and other members of your household
  2. Check around your property for the package
  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
  4. Contact us at support@shankedright.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date

For packages confirmed lost in transit or arriving damaged, please contact us at support@shankedright.com with your order number and (if applicable) photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Made-to-Order Disclaimer

Because all ShankedRight products are custom-made after you place your order, we cannot accept cancellations once production has begun (typically within 24 hours of order placement). Please review your order carefully — including size, color, and quantity — before completing checkout.
